If for any reason you’re not satisfied — whether your product is opened or unopened — we offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order, starting from the date your order is delivered. Simply contact our Customer Support team at care@archemilabs.com, and we’ll help you with the next steps. Please note that complimentary items (such as refillable jar, travel vial, or promotional gifts) are non-refundable.
