Information you submit through our store may be transmitted to and processed by such platform providers and their partners, which may include processing in countries outside your state or country of residence.

Where platform providers process personal information for their own purposes, their own privacy policies may apply.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we collected it.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may also request additional information solely for verification purposes.

B. Authorized Agents

C. Opting Out of Marketing Communications

  • Email marketing: You can unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

  • SMS marketing: You can opt out by replying STOP (or as otherwise described in the message).

  • Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices).

D. Targeted Advertising and “Sale/Share” Opt-Out

E. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where required by applicable law, we will process recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as requests to opt out of certain cookie-based processing for the browser/device sending the signal.

Please note that GPC processing may apply only to the specific browser or device from which the signal is sent, unless we can associate the request with your account as permitted by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Archemi Labs may process or store personal information in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

If you access our Services from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
